Most problems with modern boilers are due to the heating systems not being cleaned effectively once the installation has been completed. Issues with your boiler are likely to arise when the manufacturers maintenance and cleaning guidelines are not followed throughout the boiler system’s lifetime. Often boilers will start to show signs of wear and deterioration (such as frequently breaking down and issues with hot water/heating) when the boiler is around 10 years old and simply needs to be replaced by a newer system.
We install combi boilers, conventional boilers and system boilers. All our boilers are installed with magnetic filter follows to help protect the unit. The system will also be power flushed and fernox (an inhibitor which protects your system from future corrosion) will be added. This all contributes to a healthy and long lasting new boiler for the future!

Benchmark is the nationally-recognised Scheme that places responsibilities on both manufacturers and installers to ensure best practice in the installation, commissioning and servicing of domestic heating and hot water products in line with Building Regulations in England and Wales.
All boilers need regular servicing to help maintain the system and keep it running effectively. It is recommended that your boiler is serviced once a year. Like anything, if you continue to maintain it well and regularly, you will be less likely to face issues with it in years to come.
